What happens when you receive my purchase confirmation? 

All orders are started for processing within 4 to 8 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification with your tracking information once your order has shipped. 

**Please keep in mind that during holidays and natural disasters, there might be a delay in shipping.

How do I check the status of my order? 

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status.

We offer refunds and/or exchanges within the first 30 days of your purchase, if 30 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.

 

You must contact us and receive a response from Customer Care before you start a return or exchange.

Eligibility for Refunds

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.

  • If the item in question was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.

Exchanges/Returns/Refunds

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged or the wrong size. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at:  support@shopslightlyannoyed.com

Refund/Exchange Policy Cont.

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

 

  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

 

  • Unfortunately, we do not refund shipping price.

Late or missing refunds

  • f you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Shipping

  • Please do not send the product back to the manufacturer. It must be sent to the following Address: 32108 Alvarado Blvd. #328, Union City, CA 94587

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

  • You will not be charged a second shipping charge if you choose to exchange your product.

  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Our shipping rates depend on the size of your order. Because we charge a flat rate, please see the chart below:

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status.

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@shopslightlyannoyed.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

We are currently using USPS which does ship to P.O. Boxes. If in the future we add another shipper, we will continue to use USPS to ship to P.O. Boxes. Please keep in mind that your shipping rates may or may not change.

Slightly Annoyed  uses information that we collect from our visitors and customers to personalize and improve your visit and shopping experience at the Site. We gather the following types of information:

Information You Give to Us: We Collect Personal Information that is provided by Site users. "Personal Information" includes your name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, date of birth, and IP address, comments, feedback, product reviews, recommendations, and personal profile. Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with an online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases, and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.

If you place an order through the Site, you will be required to provide contact information.

 5. Email Newsletter Subscriptions: 

Upon placing an order through the Site, you will automatically begin receiving the Slightly Annoyed email newsletter, based on the Personal Information you have provided, unless you opt-out of receiving such communications. If you request an email newsletter subscription, we will send you an email confirming your request. This confirmation process allows you to unsubscribe if you change your mind and decide not to join the list. Furthermore, the confirmation email will alert you if someone else has entered your email address into our email newsletter subscription list. In order to make our email newsletters more relevant and useful to you, our servers may receive a confirmation when you open an email message from Slightly Annoyed.

 6. Payments:

All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers. At this time, credit card payments can only be made through PayPal. If you are offered another way to pay, please do not accept and contact Customer Service immediately.

7. Use of Information Collected by Use

We use this information in an effort to improve your experience on the Site, to provide services to you, and to communicate with you about information that you request. We may also use this information to help us target specific offers to you, to help us develop and improve our Site, and to tailor our Site to your interests.
