What happens when you receive my purchase confirmation?
All orders are started for processing within 4 to 8 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification with your tracking information once your order has shipped.

Local deliveries & in-person pickups are made from:
5:00pm – 8:00pm on M - F
12:00pm – 8:00pm on Sat and Sun
We will contact you via text message when we have received your purchase in order to coordinate a delivery that works best for you. We will use the phone number you provided at checkout.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status.
At any time before you receive the email indicating your order is on its way, you can contact customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org
If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Do you ship to P.O. boxes?
We are currently using USPS which does ship to P.O. Boxes. If in the future we add another shipper, we will continue to use USPS to ship to P.O. Boxes. Please keep in mind that your shipping rates may or may not change.
